January Speaker:The Mind-Body Connection with Taras Lumiere

Dr. Lumiere has had cancer and is learning about preventing recurrence. He believes it's practical for eachof us to take a multi-dimensional approach and look at nutrition and diet, lifestyle, relationships, life goals, etc. There are many interrelationships between physical, emotional, and mental stressors and symptoms. Where cancer occurs has significance and meaning that can be personal and familial.
At this Open Door Meeting we will talk about how stress can affect the immune system and how to program your body-mind for success no matter what cancer protocol you choose. It will end with a healing visualization process.
