Save Ourselves breast cancer support groups provide peer support and encouragement in a structured, secure and professional environment and are offered in English, Spanish and for Lesbians affected by breast cancer. They are led by experienced facilitators who are breast cancer survivors and professionally trained.
Support groups are on-going, meet twice a month and are held days and evenings in convenient locations throughout the Sacramento valley. Support group are offered at no charge and patients can join at any time. Save Ourselves English Support Groups
Save Ourselves breast cancer support groups are for breast cancer patients and group size is limited to 10 participants. Groups are available for women who are newly diagnosed, in treatment, post treatment and living with metastatic disease. To facilitate group cohesiveness, participants are encouraged to commit to attend eight consecutive meetings.

Save Ourselves Latina Support Groups
Save Ourselves Latina breast cancer support groups are for Spanish and Bi-Lingual breast cancer patients. Latina groups meet at Sutter Cancer Center on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. in room 752. Sutter Cancer Center is located at 2800 L Street in Sacramento. Save Ourselves Lesbian Support Groups
The Save Ourselves Lesbian cancer support group is led by Roxanne Hardenburgh. A breast cancer survivor herself, Roxanne brings excellent skills to her role as group facilitator.
